Focus
The camera focuses automatically after restarting or after operating the zoom function.
However, the focus can also be adjusted manually afterwards, this is done directly on the live view page. This
manually set focus point is then set again even after the camera is restarted, as the camera has saved this
point.
Day/night switching
Day/night changeover
The day/night switch. Provides Auto, Day and Night options.
Car
The camera automatically switches between day and night mode depending on the prevailing light conditions.
The sensitivity can be set between 0-7.
Day
In this mode, the camera only outputs colour images.
Please note:
Use this mode only in consistent lighting conditions.
Night
In this mode, the camera only outputs black and white images.
Please note:
Use this mode only in low light conditions.
Timetable
Sensitivity
Setting for the switching threshold for automatic day/night switching (0-7).
A low value means a lower illuminance for switching to night mode.
Delay time ("filter time")
Setting of a delay time between detection of a necessary changeover and action.
Smart IR ("Intelligent Additional Light")
This function can reduce the fading of the video image if light is reflected from nearby objects.
Supplementary lighting mode
Depending on the model type, the options "IR light" or "white light" are available. The integrated lighting can
also be completely deactivated.
Light brightness control
The general intensity of the lighting can be adjusted.
Auto:
Automatic control with maximum value.
Manual: Fixed manual setting
Backlight settings
WDR
With the help of the WDR function, the camera can deliver clear images even in unfavourable backlight
conditions. If there are both very bright and very dark areas in the image area, the brightness level of the
entire image is balanced to provide a clear, detailed image.
Click the check box to activate or deactivate the WDR function.
