Error F8

Cause

Suggested solution

ƒ

A short circuit has been detected between

the pilot contact CP and the protective earth

PE.

ƒ

The vehicle's communication interface is

faulty.

ƒ

The wallbox automatically reinitiates the charging proce-

dure every 60 seconds.

ƒ

If the error persists, check the charging cable and/or the

charging socket of the wallbox. If you detect any damage,

take the wallbox out of operation and contact the dealer

from whom you have purchased the wallbox.

ƒ

If no damage is detected when checking the charging cable

and socket, the vehicle must be checked: please contact a

qualified specialist repairer.

Error F9

Description

Flash pattern

Per cycle, the red LED flashes once first, followed

by the green LED flashing three times and then

the blue LED flashing once.

Cause

Suggested solution

The current monitoring module has detected that

the charging current is exceeding the preset max-

imum current.

ƒ

The wallbox automatically reinitiates the charging proce-

dure every 60 seconds. If the error persists, the wallbox

and/or the vehicle must be checked: please contact a quali-

fied specialist electrical contractor or a specialist repairer.

Error F10

Description

Flash pattern

Per cycle, the red flashes once first, followed by

the green LED flashing twice and then the green

and blue LED flashing twice.

Cause

Suggested solution

The temperature monitoring device has detect-

ed a temperature above 80° Celsius inside the

housing.

ƒ

The temperature monitoring device interrupts the charging

procedure. After 10 minutes, the charging procedure is

reinitiated automatically. If the temperature inside the

housing remains at between 60° and 80° Celsius at this

time, error code

F17

(see below) is shown and the charging

current is limited to 6 A.

ƒ

The charging procedure is re-initiated as soon as the tem-

perature inside the housing falls to below 60° Celsius.

ƒ

If the error repeats or persists, the wallbox must be cooled

and/or shaded more effectively at the installation site.

ƒ

Should the error persist, please take the wallbox out of

operation (see page 51) and contact a qualified specialist

electrical contractor to resolve the error.

Error F11
