2. DISTANCE window flashes, press UP and DOWN to set up race distance, press
MODE/ENTER to confirm.

Press START/STOP to begin the race. The matrix on monitor shows race graphic of
U(user) and PC(monitor setting). While one reach the goal, monitor stops working and shows
"PC WIN" or "USER WIN" for 6 seconds, and then shows body status chart.
The body status chart was calculated according to the distance and average SPM in each
column.
The horizontal column in body status chart indicates rowing distance, each column equals
whole distance divided by 16; the vertical column indicates average SPM, the first row
means 10 SPM, the second means 15 SPM, the third means 20 SPM,....and the eighth row
means 45 SPM. When the chart shows higher row, which means you have better body
status. When PC wins the race, the body status chart shows your status of rowing distance
only.¨
4. After the exercise is finished, press START/STOP button to race again, or press RESET to
leave RACE mode.
5. Rowing distance differs by tension level and SPM(Strokes per Minute). This chart only list
until 30 SPM, any velocity higher than 30 SPM was calculated according to this chart :
