confirm your setting value of AGE and percentage of
55%, 75%, 90% and THR.

In the setting mode of program MANUAL and PROGRAM (P1~P12), press
this button to confirmed the level of profile.

In the RACE mode, press this button to enter LEVEL setting (L1~L15) and the
DISTANCE you want to race, and to
confirm setting values.

During creating the USER profile, press this button to confirm your each
column profile setting.

After START/STOP button is pressed and exercise start, press this button to
choose the value shown in separate
windows to show on the main display. (After stop rowing and the
START/STOP button is pressed, you can press UP or
DOWN button to choose the value shown in separate windows to show on the
main display)
E.
RECOVERY (when chest belt is on use)
Press this button to act heart rate recovery function. The heartbeats must be detected
by the monitor in advance, then the
recovery function could starts to work.
It is a function to check the condition of pulse recovery when stop exercising. That is
scaled from F1.0 to F6.0. F1.0 means
the best and F6.0 means the worst. This function may reflect your heart pulse
recovery ability and improve it through
exercise day by day. In order to get rate correctly, users must test it right after the
workout. After the key is pressed, at the
condition when chest belt is worn appropriately, the test will last for 1 minute and
the result will show on the display.
While during or after the test, it is allowed to press RECOVERY Button any time to
leave this mode.

RESET
a.
When you input values in setting mode, press this button to reset the value to
zero.
b.
Press the button and hold 2 seconds to total reset the monitor to initial mode
like the monitor has power supply connected.
Showing time input mode (the time location will flash)
c.
When you press START/STOP button after exercise, then press this button to
return to standby mode, all values reset
to zero except for TOTAL STROKES. At this moment, you can choose
programs to exercise again. (To reset TOTAL
STROKE, disconnect plug from machine or press the TOTAL RESET button.)
G. TOTAL RESET
After push this button, all value turns to default and TOTAL STROKE is Zero.
