7.2. Sostituzione dei fusibili dei TV
•
Tutte le operazioni di seguito descritte devono
essere eseguite da personale che abbia una qua-
lifica sufficiente e una conoscenza dettagliata del-
l'apparecchiatura.
•
Controllare che la corrente termica nominale dei
fusibili da installare corrisponda al valore indicato
sulla targa del portafusibili.
•
Usare solo i fusibili indicati da ABB.
Procedura
– Aprire la porta dello scomparto tirando la maniglia (3) (fig.
58a) verso l’alto;
– spostare verso destra il piolo (2) (fig.58q) per poter sbloccare
il chiavistello di chiusura della portella cella TV;
– ruotare in senso antiorario l’attuatore del chiavistello di
blocco della portella (1) (fig. 58q);
– svitare le viti di fissaggio della portella (fig. 58c);
– togliere la portella (fig. 58d);
– inserire le guide supplementari sinistra e destra (fig. 58e);
– tirare il carrello verso l’esterno sino a che si blocca (fig. 58f);
– ruotare in senso orario la ghiera del contatto del fusibile (fig.
58g) ed estrarla;
– estrarre il fusibile e sostituirlo (fig. 58h);
– inserire la ghiera e ruotarla in senso antiorario (fig. 58i);
– spingere il carrello TV verso il fondo sino a che si blocca (fig.
58l);
– estrarre le guide supplementari sinistra e destra (fig. 58m);
– agganciare la portella (fig. 58n), inserire il collegamento di
messa a terra della portella;
– serrare le viti di fissaggio della portella (fig. 58o - fig. 58p);
– spostare verso sinistra il piolo liberando il foro di innesto della
leva di manovra (2) (fig. 58q);
– ruotare in senso orario l’attuatore del chiavistello di blocco
della portella (1) (fig. 58q);
– chiudere la porta della cella spingendo la maniglia (3) (fig.
58a) verso il basso.

7.2. VT fuse replacement
•
All the operations below must only be carried out by
qualified and skilled personnel with in-depth knowl-
edge of the apparatus.
•
Make sure that the rated normal current value of the
fuses to be installed is the same as the one shown
on the fuse-holder nameplate.
•
Only use fuses indicated by ABB.
Procedure
– Open the compartment door pulling the handle (3) (fig. 58a)
upwards;
– move the pin (2) (fig. 58q) right so as to unlock the closing lock
bolt of the VT compartment door;
– turn the actuator of the door locking bolt anticlockwise (1) (fig.
58q);
– loosen the door fixing screws (fig. 58c);
– remove the door (fig. 58d);
– insert the left and right supplementary guides (fig. 58e);
– pull the truck outwards until it is blocked (fig. 58f);
– turn the fuse contact ring nut (fig. 58g) clockwise and remove
it;
– remove the fuse and replace it (fig. 58h);
– insert the ring nut and turn it anticlockwise (fig. 58i);
– push the VT truck backwards until it is blocked (fig. 58l);
– remove the left and right supplementary guides (fig. 58m);
– hook the door (fig. 58n) and insert the door earthing connec-
tion;
– tighten the door fixing screws (fig. 58o - fig. 58p);
– move the pin leftwards thus freeing the coupling slot of the
operating lever (2) (fig. 58q);
– turn the actuator of the door locking bolt clockwise (1) (fig.
58q);
– close the compartment door pushing the handle (3) (fig. 58a)
downwards.
