4.1.3. Movimentazione con transpallet o carrelli elevatori
•
La pavimentazione su cui scorrono i transpallet o
i carrelli elevatori deve essere ben livellata.
•
Spostare la sezione del quadro evitando scossoni
che possono ribaltarlo.
Per avere maggiore stabilità, sollevare il quadro solo quanto
basta per consentirne la movimentazione. Verificare inoltre la
planarità delle forche.

4.2. Apparecchi
Gli apparecchi possono essere movimentati mediante gru o
carrelli elevatori e con l’apposito carrello predisposto da ABB;
per ogni apparecchio seguire le istruzioni di seguito riportate.
•
Durante la movimentazione non sollecitare le parti
isolanti e i terminali delle apparecchiature.
•
Prima di movimentare gli apparecchi verificare
sempre che le molle del comando siano scariche
e l'apparecchio in posizione di aperto.
4.2.1. Movimentazione con gru
Interruttori
Applicare i ganci di sollevamento agli appositi sostegni (fig. 9).
Durante la movimentazione porre la massima attenzione a non
sollecitare le parti isolanti e i terminali dell’interruttore (fig. 10).
Prima della messa in servizio rimuovere eventuali golfari di
sollevamento.

4.1.3. Handling by means of transpallets or fork lift
trucks
•
Only use transpallets or fork lift trucks on a level
floor.
•
Move the switchboard section avoiding any tilting.
To guarantee stability, the switchboard must not be lifted too
high.
Check the levelness of the forks.
4.2. Apparatus
The apparatus can be handled by means of cranes, fork lift
trucks or using the truck provided by ABB.
For each apparatus follow the instructions below.
• While handling do not put any stress on the
insulating parts and on the apparatus terminals.
• Before handling the apparatus, make sure that the
operating mechanism springs are discharged and
that the apparatus is in the open position.
4.2.1. Handling by means of crane
Circuit-breakers
Hook the lifting bolts to the relevant supports (fig. 9).
While handling pay the utmost attention not to put any stress on
the insulating parts and on the circuit-breaker terminals (fig. 10).
Before putting into service, remove all the lifting eyebolts.
