4.4.1 Conversion from single input feed to dual input feed and vice-versa
The Figure 14 below shows the situation with single input feed which is achieved thank to 3x link wires
which are factory mounted in case the unit is ordered with single input feed.
To convert the unit from single into dual input feed simply remove the 3x link wires which connect
the INPOUT RECTIFIER 1-L1, 1-L2, 1-L3 with the INPUT BYPASS 2-L1, 2-L2, 2-L3. All link wires have
M8 ending.
To convert the unit from dual into single input feed first you need to have the 3x link wires (for PW33
60-80kW Art. 04-3820) (for PW33 100-120kW Art. 04-3822) then connect the INPOUT RECTIFIER 1-
L1, 1-L2, 1-L3 with the INPUT BYPASS 2-L1, 2-L2, 2-L3. All link wires have M8 ending, apply a
tightening torque of 12.3 Nm.

4.4.2 Installation checklist
 All units and accessories have been unpacked properly. Some packaging material has been
kept for future use.
 Each unit has been positioned at the planned spot.
 The area around the installed UPS system(s) and surrounding devices is clean and dust-free
and respect the recommended clearances.

The PE wire(s) is(are) properly sized, routed and terminated.
 All power wire(s) is(are) properly sized, routed and terminated.
 Battery cabinet installation instructions have been completed.
 Air conditioning equipment is installed and operating properly.

Adequate lighting is provided around all UPS equipment.
 Any optional accessories are mounted in their installed location and properly wired.
 Summary alarms and/or building alarms are wired appropriately. (OPTIONAL)
 Startup and operational checks performed by CERTIFIED service personnel.
