Initial status: The drive is in operation and the motor is running. This procedure describes
the SLS function.
1.
In this example, the user activates the SLS function by turning the SLS activation switch
[SLS]. This activates the safety function in the FSO module.
2.
If the motor speed is above the user-defined SLS limit, the drive decelerates the motor
speed to the SLS limit. The SLS indication [SLS] goes on. The drive limits the motor
speed reference so that is stays below the SLS limit. The FSO module monitors the
actual motor speed against the SLS and trip limits.
