If transferring a call from the local phone when the audio is set to “Mute”, the Mute indicator on the
screen is red and the Mute Key LED flashes, but the audio at the receiving end is still heard. For
example, Phone A calls Phone B, places the call on “Mute”, then transfers the call to Phone C. On
the local phone, the Mute indicator on the screen is red and the Mute Key LED flashes, but when
Phone C picks up, Phone A can hear the audio from Phone C.
The same senario happens when creating a conference from the 6739i phone. If Phone A terminates
without creating the conference, the active audio at Phone C is transmitted to Phone A even though
Phone A is set to “Mute”.
This has been corrected. The Mute Key keeps the audio on mute during transfer and conferencing.

When calling from the local phone to a remote phone, after the remote phone picks up and the local
phone places the call on “Hold”, the remote phone reboots.
This has been corrected. Placing a call on hold no longer causes the remote phone to reboot.

This has been corrected. The phone now reboots faster within an XML text screen.

XML applications on the phone were not displaying UTF-8 characters correctly on the screen.
This has been corrected. The UTF-8 characters now display correctly.

XML dialing from the red phone icon was not working when the phone had an active call.
This has been corrected. You can now press the red phone icon to dial an XML URL during an active
call.

In an XML display, the phone was sending the correct default date, but the date that displayed was
incorrect.
This has been corrected. All XML messages display the date in the correct format.

The URL configured for the registered Action URI was not called when the phone registered.
This has been corrected. The URL for the Action URI is now called when the phone registers.
DEF20698
The HTTP GET performed by the phone and triggered by an Action URI was not URL-encoded.
This has been corrected. The HTTP GET now supports URL-encoding.
