UTF-8 is now the default encoding schema
By default, the phone now expects UTF-8 encoded messages instead of ISO-8859-1. The encoding
method can be set in the XML message header.
Or
XML applications using the latin character set with accented characters must be adapted to keep
the ISO-8859-1 encoding.
