Command Set
Set Encrypt Mode
The
set encrypt mode
command provides control over whether transmitted data is
encrypted or sent in the clear. This setting is only in effect when security is set to
either open or closed. When security is turned off, the transmitted data is never
encrypted. By default EmbeddedBlue modules use 56-bit encryption, but 128-bit
encryption is available upon request. Contact A7 Engineering for more information
about getting 128-bit encryption.
Syntax
set

Parameters
on

encrypted when security is set to either open or closed.

the module is powered down.
