8.2 Filling nozzle(s)
The standard A.B.S. silo for wood pellets
comes with one filling nozzle centered on
the narrow side of the silo.
The conveying air escapes through the
fabric cover on the top of the silo. Thus, no
exhaust system for the conveying air is
needed when aerating the A.B.S. silo.

8.3 Filling with two filling nozzles
From a frame width of 2.5 m silos are equipped with a second filling nozzle.
In this case a better filling level will be reached.

While filling with line 1 you can optionally exhaust with the second nozzle. In this case you
have to make sure that the fabric won´t get sucked into the filling line. Basically exhaustion is
not necessary.
If a second filling nozzle is installed there is no need for exhaustion. If
wished for it you can affect this process.
The exhaustion may only be effected under the following circumstances.
Otherwise the silo and the return air blower are endangered.
