Connect with the GigaSync
There are several ways to communicate with the GigaSync through the Ethernet or Wi-Fi port:
1. Using the command line through the SSH interface
2. Using the web browser
3. Using SNMP
In addition, it can be connected directly from a computer to the RJ45 port located on the back of the GigaSync.
The operating system performs all the functions of the interface with the user through the control panel accessible through
the web interface. It is also possible to query and configure the system using the SNMP and API protocols.
Command line interface
The SSH interface allows you to control some accessible parameters of the GigaSync, configure communication, read error
messages, update the software and execute some of the actions listed in a later paragraph.
Access
To access from the Windows Terminal, type the following command line:
ssh admin@<IP number>
The first time we log in to the SSH interface, it will ask us if we accept the connection key certificate. Showing an image
like the following:
