A 3VR SmartRecorder should be assigned a unique name that will allow the server to be easily identified on the
network.
Launch SystemManager.

From the

Manage Servers
tab, click the name
currently assigned to the SmartRecorder.
Information about the SmartRecorder will be
displayed to the right.
Click the

Display Name
field and edit the name.
Step 4:
Rename the SmartRecorder
Click

Save
to save the new name.
