Firmware update - procedure

Download the firmware uploader from our site

http://3ntr.eu/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/XLoader.zip

Xloader is © Geir Lunde: download it and unzip it on your PC.

Now download the latest firmware version for your printer model

http://3ntr.eu/?page_id=182

Before committing to firmware upload, be sure that the printer is not connected to any other application running on your
PC (I.e..:Repetier Host).

Start Xloader , you should be offered the following pop up window:

First text box is used to select the *hex file (firmware) you previously
downloaded from our website.

Second text box (device) must be set to Mega(ATMEGA2560).

USB port (COM port) must be the same you used so far to connect to the
printer with the control software (I.e.: Repetier Host)

Baud Rate will be automatically set at 115200,

Click on Upload button and wait: procedure will take a couple minutes, when
finished XLOADER will show the amount of bytes successfully transferred

IMPORTANT

After upgrading the firmware, you need to enable it with the NEW default parameters.

PERFORM THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE DUTYFULLY FOLLOWING THE STEPS!

1. On the printer LCD control panel, select the “CONFIGURATION” option

2. Click on “Restore failsafe”

3. Click on “Store memory”

4. Turn off printer

5. Way a few seconds before turning back on. Now printer can be back to work!
