i. Discard the material in the resin tray according to all government regulations.
ii.
Wearing 100% nitrile gloves, hold the resin mixer at the edge of the cured material, while
simultaneously gently pushing the cured material from underneath the lm. Use the resin
mixer to gently scrape underneath the cured part to remove it.
ВНИМАНИЕ ! В случае чрезмерного давления пленка лотка для полимера
может порваться . Следует помнить об этом во время очистки . Пленка не
подлежит замене , если она повреждается , необходимо менять весь лоток
для полимера .
iii. Очистите лоток для полимера , как описано в разделе Очистка лотка для полимера .
PPQ4 Неверный цвет детали
Причиной этого могут стать различные факторы :
1. Print material was not mixed in the bottle before pouring - Be sure to mix the material before
pouring, according to the section Mixing, Stirring, and Curing Chart .
2. Material was not stirred in the resin tray before printing - Be sure to stir the material before printing,
according to the section Mixing, Stirring, and Curing Chart .
3. You may have poured the wrong material - Ensure that the material you pour in the resin tray is from the
same bottle you scanned.
4. You may have over-cured or under-cured the part - Ensure the part is cured as recommended in the
Material Stirring and Curing Chart .
5. Возможно , вы не очистили лоток для полимера достаточно хорошо , прежде чем перейти с
одного пигментированного материала на другой .
