Body

Use DHCP

: If turned on, and IP address will be assigned by a DHCP server on the

network. If turned off, a static IP address and associated information can be
assigned.

Note

: If DHCP is turned on, IP address information is shown but will not be

editable.

Hostname

: The name of the system as seen on the network.

Note

: A hostname must be entered for networking to function.

IPv4 Address

: Displays / Sets the IP address for the system

Subnet Mask

: Displays / Sets the subnet mask.

Gateway Address

: Displays / Sets the router or gateway address.

DNS Server 1 and 2

: Displays / Sets the DNS server(s) to be used by the system.

NTP Servers

: Displays / Sets the NTP server(s) to be used for setting the system

time.

Note

: Multiple NTP servers may be added, space separated.

Navigation Buttons

APPLY button

: Commits any changes that are not made automatically.

MENU button

: Returns to the main menu.

HOME button

: Returns to the Home screen.
