due to a possible power failure.
The security thermostat disconnects the heater and
the water pump in case of overheating. A continuous
reading of the minimum water level protects the
equipment in case of over evaporation.
The equipment consists of the following elements:
- Polycarbonate chassis.
- Digital temperature and time regulator.
- Adjustable agitation pump with double exit.
- Heating power resistance of 1800 W - 230 V,
1400 W - 110 V
- Temperature Sensor Pt100
- Security Device for overheating.
- Automatic disconnection system for low water level.
- LCD screen to visualize data.
- General Switch with fuse box
- Adjustable holding support.
05 INSTALATION
Before placing the thermal circulator in the tank or bath
make sure that it is placed on a stable, flat and levelled
surface. Verify that the feeding tension is appropriate
for the device and that the plug connects well to the
electrical current supply. (230V-50Hz) or (110V-60Hz).
The plug should be in good condition.
06 SET-UP

. Place the thermal circulator, using the holding
support, on one of the walls of the recipient or
container. Make sure that it is secured and levelled.

. Fill the container to the Max point on the water level.
It is better to use hot water to fill the container
so the thermostat reaches faster the cooking
temperature faster. This will prolong the unit’s
resistance life. Remember that the water level will
rise when the food is placed into the bath.

.Turn on the device using the switch located in the
back side.

07 SELECTION OF LANGUAGE AND DEGREE UNITY
The user will be able to choose between the following
languages: Catalan, Spanish, English, French, Dutch,
Italian, German, Finnish, Japanese, Portuguese.
He/she will also be able to select the way to see the
degrees, between Fahrenheit or Celsius.
To change the configuration of these parameters the
user should push the
SET key (6)
while the general
switch located in the back of the equipment is turned
on. When the screen is visible the language and
temperature scale, the key can be released.

This selection will be stored and will stay the same each
time the equipment is turned on until the user makes a
new configuration change.
08 FUNCTIONING MODES
Programmable Temperature
(TS)
: It refers to the
constant temperature of the liquid in the container that
the user desires (from room temperature to 100 ºC / 212
ºF maximum).
Time
(PT)
: With this parameter we determine the
functioning time, once the time is over the heater will stop
heating dropping the temperature to
52 ºC / 125 ºF (for
EEUU market 57 ºC / 135 ºF)
after, the circulator will
keep a constant bath at this temperature until the
user pushes the
RUN/STOP key (5)

The
HCT
system only functions with the modes
TIMER
COOK
. The time parameter can be selected between 1
minute and 100 hours).
Once the working cycle has been initiated by the user,
You can no longer change any settings. In order to
change the temperature or the time the
RUN/STOP key

then push the same key again to restart the device. This
allows the programmer to be sure that nobody changes
any commands by mistake.
