Check the hardware connections, and make sure the LEDs are behaving as expected. See
the Quick Start Guide and

If your ISP gave you Internet connection information, make sure you entered it correctly
in the
Network
>
WAN
>
Internet Connection
screen. These fields are case-sensitive,
so make sure [Caps Lock] is not on.

If you are trying to access the Internet wirelessly, make sure the wireless settings in the
wireless client are the same as the settings in the AP.

Disconnect all the cables from your device, and follow the directions in the Quick Start
Guide again.

If the problem continues, contact your ISP.

I cannot make Voice over Internet (VoIP) calls through the P-660HWP-Dx.

Check your connections. Ensure that the LEDs are behaving as expected (see

Ensure that your VoIP account is correctly configured.

If you are using Network Address Translation (NAT), make sure that
Enable SIP ALG
is activated in the
NAT

Ensure STUN is turned off on your VoIP device.

If you are using a new VoIP account, contact your Internet Telephony Service Provider
(ITSP) to ensure that it is activated.

I cannot access the Internet anymore. I had access to the Internet (with the P-
660HWP-Dx), but my Internet connection is not available anymore.

There might be a lot of traffic on the network. Look at the LEDs, and check

some programs that use the Internet, especially peer-to-peer applications.
