Lateral illumination
▸ Remove the left shelf guide.
▸ Using a screwdriver, unscrew the four screws

in the fixture.
▸ Place the screwdriver

along the middle of the
edge of the fixture and carefully remove the fix-
ture together with the seal from the cooking
space wall.
▸ Take out the faulty halogen light bulb.
▸ Carefully plug the new halogen light bulb into
the socket – halogen type G9 / 25 W / 230 V.
▸ Screw the fixture back into the cooking space
wall.

If the glass light cover, seal and fixture come
apart when removed: centre the glass light
cover in the fixture, then place the seal in
the fixture and insert the screws through the
fixture and the seal.
▸ Switch the power supply back on.

Cleaning the accessories and shelf guides
▪
The stainless steel tray, perforated cooking tray, wire shelf, water tank and shelf
guides can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
▪
The baking tray can be cleaned in the dishwasher; however, this will affect its non-
stick properties.
▪
Limescale deposits in the water tank can be removed using a standard descaler (do
not use washing-up liquid or any abrasive agents).
▸ If the water tank valve drips, descale it.
Removing the shelf guides
▸ Unscrew the knurled nuts

at the
front and back of the shelf guides in
an anti-clockwise direction.
▸ Pull the shelf guides

to the side of
the screws and remove.

Reassembling the shelf guides
▸ Position the shelf guides on the screws. Place the knurled nuts on the screws and
tighten securely in a clockwise direction.
