The terminal automatically plays the sound recorded. If you can hear a proper sound,
it indicates that the microphone is normal.

(Optional) Select
Stop Test
from the
Audio Test
area to stop the test. Otherwise, the
system will not stop the test.
6.1.6 Diagnosing a Network Connection
When the terminal network is faulty, you can diagnose the network connectivity between
the terminal and the set server or remote end.
One-click diagnosis of the network
connectivity between the terminal and the server is provided. You can also enter an IP
address to perform a ping test to diagnose the connection to a remote end.
Prerequisite
The terminal is not engaged in a conference.
Steps
1.
Press
Back
key on the remote control to display the home page.

From the home page, select
> System > System Diagnosis
. The
System
Diagnosis
window is displayed, see
Figure 6-6 System Diagnosis Window

Enter the IP address of a remote terminal into the
Network Diagnosis
area.
Remote Link Test
is used to detect whether a terminal is properly connected to a
cloud service authentication server (default) or remote terminals through a network.

Click
Start Diagnosis
, and then press
OK
on the remote control to start a diagnosis.
5.
Click
Stop Diagnosis
, and then press
OK
on the remote control to stop the diagnosis.
