Parameter
Description
Obtaining an address
l
Manual
: Network information (for example, IP address of a
terminal) is allocated by the administrator. Therefore, you
need to manually configure it.
l
Automatic
: Network information (for example, IP address
of a terminal) is automatically allocated by a Dynamic Host
Configure Protocol (
) server. Therefore, you do not
need to configure it.
IP Address
The IP address of a terminal (for example,
10.10.10.1
).
The default value is
128.128.128.128
.
Subnet mask
Divides an IP address into two parts: network address and host
address (for example,
255.255.255.0
).
Gate
The IP address of the gateway corresponding to the terminal.
Mast DNS/ Slave DNS
The address of a Domain Name Server (
). If no DNS is
enabled, you do not need to configure it. It can be provided by
the administrator.
If a DNS is enabled, the domain names of SNTP and SIP servers
can be parsed. Consequently, a relative stable domain name
can be used as an IP address.
