Descriptions of the parameters in Step 2:

valid-lifetime
>: indicates the valid lifetime (in seconds) of the prefix in seconds, range:
0–4294967295, default: 2592000.

preferred-lifetime
>: indicates the preferred lifetime (in seconds) in seconds, range:
0–4294967295, default: 604800.
no-autoconfig
: indicates that the hosts on the link cannot use the prefix for IPv6 address
auto configuration.
off-link
: indicates that the L bit (Online flag) of the prefix is not set, default: 1. If this
flag is set to 1, it indicates that the prefix can be used to determine whether addresses
are online, that is, all the addresses belonging to this prefix are online if this flag is set
whereas some addresses may be online but the other addresses are offline if this flag
is not set.
