8.1 Cabinet Inspection

1.

After cabinet installation, the cabinets must be stable and neat. One row of cabinets

must be aligned in one line. The faces of cabinets in one row must be in the same

plane with difference less than 5mm.

2.

Vertical difference of cabinet must be less than 3mm.

3.

All fasteners must be fixed firmly; the length of exposed nuts in the same specification

shall be identical.

4.

All parts on cabinet must be fixed firmly without damage and cables shall be intact

without break; devices shall be labeled completely, correctly and clearly,

5.

After cabinet installation, clean the installation marks on the internal and external

surfaces of the cabinet. The cabinet must be free from dust.

6.

After all cables are laid, the sliding cover plates at the top and bottom cabling holes of

the cabinet must be pushed in position to avoid entry of any animal.

7.

Enclosure in the cabinet and on the work platform must be installed reasonably,

correctly, steadily and firmly.

8.

All cards must be installed correctly and be against the back panel closely. Upper and

lower wrenches on the card must be locked firmly and fixed screws are screwed on.

lank panel must be installed correctly without obvious gap between cards. UN (green)

indicator must be on when system is powered and works normally. ALM (red) indicator

must be on when alarm is generated.

8.2 Power Cable Inspection

Check if 3-pin plug and 3-core connector at two ends of power cable are correctly and

reliably connected.
