ZXR10 ZSR Hardware Installation Manual
The sizes of doors, corridors, stairs (etc.) of NOC room must be big enough for
handling equipment. In usual cases, the width of door must be more than 1.8m and
the height mustn't be lower than 2.2m. In addition, both door locks and keys must be
available.
l
Trough and Hole
Number, position and size of inward tubes, ground slots and holes must comply with
engineering design diagram.
Damp-proof measures must be taken to various troughs with corner smooth and
ground and plate must match closely.
Warning!
Check if power cable is available in the trough and hole. If so, take care of it in
construction.
l
Lab Floor
Patterned materials are not adopted for floor and clear, simple and elegant colors are
appropriate for walls and ceiling. As for the coating, flat paint or paint not containing
silicone must be used.
Anti-static raised floor is required to be laid.
Height of raised floor must be 300mm or 330mm. Floor blocks must be laid closely
and firmly with horizontal error per m
2
less than 2mm.
When raised floor is not available, the static conductive floor must be laid (the volume
resistance must be 1.0x10
7
Ω~1.0x10
10
Ω). The static conductive floor or raised floor
must be grounded for static discharge, which can be connected with grounding facility
through a current-limit resistor and connection cable. The current-limit resistance is
1MΩ.
3.2 Indoor Environment of NOC Room Inspection
The NOC room must be clean and free of dust, corrosive gases, waste gases or chemical
gases. No supply or sewage water pipes are allowed to pass through the lab and any
contact with water must be avoided. In case heating facilities are installed in the lab, no
valve or air outlet can be left in the lab. Air conditioner must comply with indoor temperature
and humidity requirements. In addition, damages to equipment caused by static electricity
and interference on equipment by the electromagnetic field must be avoided.
l
Anti-Static Requirements
Equipment must be grounded well and the lab must be laid with antistatic floor or
semi-conductive floor leather. In addition, copper foils must be used for grounding at
