ZXR10 ZSR Hardware Installation Manual
Note:
à
When equipment works in normal environment, temperature and humidity
measurement points refer to values measured at points 2m above the floor and
0.4m in front of equipment (they must be measured when there is no protection
plate in front and back of cabinet).
à
Short-term working conditions refer to less than 48 continuous hours and less
than 15 accumulated days per year.
To reach adequate temperature and humidity, air conditioning devices are necessary.
Large-scale lab must be equipped with air conditioners with humidity adjustment
function while small labs need only to be equipped with cabinet or window air
conditioners.
ZXR10 router also dissipates heat itself, in usual cases centralized air conditioner is
not used. For labs already equipped with centralized air conditioners, in fact it is also
necessary to mount separate air conditioners.
It is suggested to perform the following measures:
à
Use two circuits of AC mains or self-provided electric generator to supply stable
power for air conditioner.
à
Centralized air conditioner or at least two sets of small-model air conditioners
need to be configured for the lab to provide appropriate temperate for long-term
operation of devices.
l
Lighting and Illumination Requirements
Measures against direct sunshine must be taken to avoid aging and deformation of
elements like circuit board caused by long-term .exposure to sunshine.
The average luminance must be 150lx~200lx. Fluorescent lamps embedded into the
ceiling are adopted.
An emergency illumination lamp (DC lamp) can be mounted for buildings with frequent
power failure.
Battery room must be equipped with explosion-proof lamps and the light shall not be
too intense. In addition, direct sunshine must be avoided, for which paper or paint can
be pasted on external windows.
l
