Third Party Equipment
The use of third party equipment, cables or accessories, not made
or authorized by ZTE, may invalidate the warranty of the mobile
phone and also adversely affect th
e mobile phone’s operation.
For example, use only the ZTE charger supplied with the mobile
phone.
Efficient Use
For optimum performance with minimum power consumption, do
not cover the mobile phone with anything. Covering the mobile
phone may cause the mobile phone to operate at higher power
levels than needed, and may shorten the using time of the battery.
Consumer Limited Warranty
Personal Communications Devices, LLC (the "Company")
warrants to the original retail purchaser of this cellular handset or
wireless device (Product), that should this Product or any part
thereof during normal consumer usage and conditions, be proven
defective in material or workmanship that results in the Product's
failure within the first twelve (12) month period from the date of
purchase (proof of purchase required), such defect(s) will be
repaired or replaced (with new or rebuilt parts) at the Company’s
option, without charge for parts or labor directly related to the
defect(s).
The antenna, keypad, display, rechargeable battery and battery
charger, if included with the Product, are similarly warranted for
