For set up of suitable gear level we will adjust resistive transmitter according to this procedure: Due to graded gear ratio of
signalling unit the runner of potentiometer does not move always in full range of resistance path, but only in some parts. During
setting of signalling unit to end positions "open" and "closed" according to the point b) some automatic setting of resistive
transmitter will happen. Final transmitter setting will be done by following way: Rebuild output shaft of actuator to the position
"closed". Then we will release screw strips of transmitter in this way, that it will be possible to move by whole transmitter
(transmitter is in version with stops and it is possible to move it only in range of 320 degrees). Followingly we will adjust the
transmitter by moving to the lowest value of resistance (cerca 4 ohms, not less) and we will tighten screw strips.
During turning on of an actuator or moving of hand wheel to "open", the resistance will rise up to the resistance value
corresponding to the end position "open" (50 ohms until max. 98 ohms). Transmitter is set up by this way.
e) Current position transmitters
At the first is necessary to set up suitable gear level on signal unit and stroke of gears A and B according to
the following Pic. 8 and table.
