The balance valve in the hoist mechanism makes sure that the
movement of the hoist is stable. It also makes the load stop at the
necessary location.

When you increase the boom length and height, you must increase the
length of the hoist rope. You can change the line parts to get a longer
rope. You must install the anti-two block weight before you change the
parts.
