A Bluetooth PIN Code Required box appears in your
system tray, stating the need for a PIN (personal identification
number). Windows needs this PIN to link your Bluetooth
device and computer. (A PIN is sometimes called a passkey.)

The Bluetooth PIN Code Request dialog box displays. Type
in the modem’s PIN and click OK. Note: The PIN is located
on the label on the bottom of your modem.

Once the modem is paired with your computer, the My
Bluetooth folder displays several service option icons,
including:

Dial-up Networking on BluetoothModem
•
Fax on BluetoothModem
•
Serial Port on BluetoothModem.
