Bluetooth is installed, it will be listed under Device Manager.
Alternately, you can go to Start | Settings | Control Panel, and
click Add/Remove Programs. If Bluetooth is installed, its name
will appear in the list.
If you need to install a Bluetooth adapter, the basic instructions are
similar, regardless of the brand of adapter. For example, you would
install software from a CD and then connect the adapter to your
computer. If your adapter is not yet installed, you should install it
now, before setting up your modem’s dial-up Internet connection.
Refer to the instructions included with your adapter for proper
installation.
Important: As part of the Bluetooth adapter installation process,
an icon named My Bluetooth Places is installed on your
computer desktop.

Windows 98Se/ME/2000 Users:
Double-click the My Bluetooth Places icon on your desktop.
(Note: If this icon is not visible, go to Start |Programs |
Bluetooth or refer to the box above.)
Windows XP Users:
Right-click the Bluetooth icon in the computer system tray and
select Quick Connect | Dial-up Networking | Find
Devices. Proceed to Step 4 on page 9.
