Front and Back Panel
Information
The front of your Bluetooth modem includes several lights. The
table below defines these lights.

Lights when the power adapter is plugged into the modem’s
back panel power port and power is on

Lights when the Bluetooth modem is linked to a remote
device

Blinks when the modem is transferring data via its Bluetooth
connection

Lights when the modem is dialing up or achieving a

Blinks when the modem is receiving data
The back of your Bluetooth modem includes several ports, or
jacks. The table below defines these ports.

Selectable switch—at any given time, the modem can
operate either as a Bluetooth modem or a serial modem

Port to connect the modem to the RS-232 (serial) port of

IMPORTANT:
On the bottom of the modem, there is a
hardware Reset button. Use a paper clip or a
common pin if you need to reset the modem.
