Fitting the dust bag
Fit the dust bag (24) to the extractor nozzle
(19).
Mounting support bars
Loosen the screws from the base and insert
the support bars into the holes on the sides
of the saw. Tighten the screws again, so the
support bars are firmly in place.
Using the screw clamp
Push the screw clamp (12) down into one
of the screw clamp sockets on the saw and
tighten using the screw (16).
Place the workpiece against the saw guide,
and secure it using the knob on the screw
clamp.
Mounting on workbench
Before use, the saw should be carefully
mounted on a workbench or similar, so that
it is fully secured. Screw it securely to the
workbench using screws or bolts through
the mounting holes on the base. Remember
to mount the support bars before securing
the saw.
If you need to move the saw often, you
can also mount it on a workstation or a
20 mm sheet of plywood, which can then
be secured to a workbench using screw
clamps.
