The hereunder described signals are reported on the machine.
It needs to read them carefully and to memorize their meaning.
We recommend that danger symbols have to be always clean and in a good condition. If
necessary they have to be replaced with other original ones, requiring them to the
Manufacturing-House.
The new symbols have to be attached in the same position as those replaced.
Before using the machine, read carefully the instruction and
maintenance.
It is forbidden to carry out any repairs or recordings, when the
components are moving.
Danger of getting squashed the upper and lower limbs.
It is compulsory to wear gloves.
It is compulsory to wear safety shoes.
N.B.
The motor, the reduction gear and the electrical piston are provided with their own plate. It is
forbidden to remove it under penalty of warranty expiry.
1.7.
HANDLING AND TRANSPORT
1.7.1. Transport of machine
To raise the machine, make use of forklift truck of adeq uate capacity or raise it with a
suitable hoisting equipment by means of textile or synthetic slings to let go through them
under and around the frame.
Due to its weight the machine can be handled and transport also manually, but for this
operation two operators are necessary.
For the transport it is necessary to anchor machine, by fixing it with suitable belts.
1.7.2. Packaging
The machine is normally put on plastic pallets and coated with nylon or protective cardboard.
Make sure that the packaging material is disposed into the appropriate differentiated bins
according to the material.
1.7.3. Installation
The floor has to be fit for standing the weight and stresses of machine in the worst operating
conditions.
