5.2.
Malfunctions and troubleshooting
Hereunder some types of the easiest and most probable failures that can undermine the safety and
good working of machine.
If malfunctions should persist or come up again, it is necessary to apply to a specialized technician.
For any operation on the machine please take all possible precautions.
Please pay great attention to the dangerousness of the specified operation.
For any type of not hereunder specified failure, it is compulsory to ask for the assistance of a
technician authorized by the manufacturing company.

5.3.
Regular maintenances
The machine needs to be maintained and, if necessary, the replacement of worn and used-up
components.
In particular all components in mention, bearings, pulleys, the gearing chain, toothed belts, pinions,
actuator, motor, reducer, all fastening attachments, screws and clamping nuts of the many different
components and wheels should be controlled and, if necessary, immediately replace at least every
three months. These operations should be performed by the machine operator, by a skilled
technician or by the manufacturer.
At least once a year the machine has to undergo a major overhaul performed by a skilled
technician or by the manufacturer.
All maintenances, recordings, controls and repairs should be chronologically noted in the machine
inspection book.
In the machine is continously used or operates in a dusty and wet room, the controls should be
performed more frequently.
