PROCEDURE:
●
Headlight bracket
Remove the 4 bolts

in figure "A" with 4# inner hexagon socket,take off the flange bushing

, the cushion
rubber

.Remove the headlamp bracket

Headlamp and headlamp bracket
Remove the 3 bolts

in Figure "B" with 4# inner hexagon socket,t-ake off the flange bushing

, the cushion
rubber
⑶

Remove the two bolts

in Figure "C" with 10# sleeves,take off the cushion rubber
⑺

Remove the upper two bolts

of the support
⑼
in Figure "D" with 4# inner hexagon socket and then remove
the support
⑼
. Remove the bolt

under the headlamp assembly with 4#inner hexagon socket, and remove the
flanging bushing
⑵
, buffer rubber
⑶
and clamp plate
⑾
. Remove and place the headlamp
⑽
back.
