PROCEDURE:
●
Rear fender assembly
Find 3 plugs on the inside of the front of the left tail skirt,and unplug all off them.
Cut off the retardant ties

Using ring spanner tightent the nut

and disassemble bolt

which is close to "ZONTES" mark with a sleeve.
Hold the sub mudguard assembly and disassemble bolt
⑹
and bolt

with a sleeve. Take off spring washer
⑺
and washer

Take off the sub mudguard connecting cable and rear sub mudguard assembly.
From the bottom, take out the auxiliary fender transfer cable (1) from the wire fixing bracket (3). If you need to
remove the fixing bracket (3), use 4# inner hexagon to remove the bolt (2).
Pry the chain block

down to open a gap of about 5mm, and then pull the adapter cord out of the block.
After fixing the nut

with a 13# sleeve, remove the bolt
⑹
with a 12# sleeve, and remove thespring washer
⑺
and the flat washer
⑻
and the nut
⑽

After holding the rear sub-slab assembly, remove 2pcs bolts

with a 12# sleeve and remove the springwasher
⑺
and the flat washer
⑻
, respectively.
Remove the sub-mud switch cable
⑴
and the rear sub-mud assembly.
CAUTION:
●
The seat cushion, left side cover, etc. must be removed in advance.
●
Do not pull the cable hard when removing the sub-mud switch.
●
When reassembling, make sure that the torque of the three M8 bolts reaches 35
~
40N.m, and you need to
applythe thread fastening glue first. Before tightening the bolts, check that there is any pressure on the wires
toprevent short circuits when tightening the bolts.
