Procedure
STEPS:
1.
Ensure the
z.one
is powered “OFF”
2.
Place AC circuit breaker, located at the rear of the SuperCart, in the “OFF” (down) position
3.
Disconnect the main AC power cord from the rear of the SuperCart
4.
Remove the ten (10) screws securing the power compartment access panel (on the backpack), and
remove panel
5.
While pressing down (and holding) on the locking tab, unplug the AC power-in Molex connector,
at J1 on DC Power Supply (P/S)
IMPORTANT NOTE
The six (6)
DC output voltage wires (+12V, +5V, +12V Monitor) on Power Supply are all the
same color (black), but are marked numerically from left-to-right (as viewed), in the order 6, 5,
4, 3, 2, 1. Be sure to install each wire in the correct location when performing this repair.
6.
Using a screwdriver, disconnect all six (6) of the DC power output wires (black) from the J7, J8,
and J9 terminals
