8.3. FILTERS
8.3.1 FILTER CHANGE NOTICE SYSTEM
The PCB board has an integrated panel with light indicators that warn when the
filter is clogged.
Even if the maximum allowable pressure drop has not occurred, the filters will be
checked monthly, checking the tightness of the filter and filter holder assembly.
The table below is the filter change schedule for an average use of 8 hours per day
and 5 days per week:
It is recommended that you always have a set of replacement filters on hand. Under
no circumstances should be the unit be run without filters, since this can introduce
dirt into vital components of the unit lead to equipment wear and loss of efficiency.
8.3.2. REPLACING THE FILTERS
To replace the filters, it is recommended to use PPE (individual protection
equipment), FFP2 mask, gloves and goggles.
To extract the filter, open the corresponding inspection register and proceed to
extract it by sliding the filter outwards. The high-efficiency filters (from H14) are
provided with an anchoring system using knobs. To remove it, you must turn the
upper and lower handles and slide the filter.
Replace the filter and repeat the operation in reverse.
Put the replaced filters in a zip bag for proper recycling.
