Configuring Disclosure Log Transmissions
The Propaq M unit continuously stores information in a full disclosure case log for monitored
patients. The Propaq M unit can maintain up to 150 full disclosure cases that contain:
•
treatment events
•
trends
•
ECG and other continuous waveforms
•
monitoring and event snapshots
•
12-lead snapshots and analysis.
For systems with a Disclosure Log server configured, the Propaq M unit allows you to
wirelessly transmit the full Disclosure case logs and audio for up to 15 cases to a remote server
for subsequent retrieval. Use the Supervisor>Communications>Disclosure Log menu to
configure the remote server to which to send the disclosure log case data.
To configure the remote server:
1. Under the Communications menu, select
Disclosure Log >Configure.
The Disclosure Log
menu displays.
2.
In the Server DNS Name field, enter the host name of the remote server to which to send the
Log data.
3.
Enter the
Port
to be used to connect to the server.
4.
Enter your associated
Password
and
Customer ID
in the fields provided.
5.
In the
Verify Certificate
field specify
whether or not you want to Enable or Disable (default)
certificate verification for the RescueNet server. If the
Verify Certificate
field is set to
Enabled
,
when the
Propaq M
establishes a connection to the RescueNet server it verifies the server’s
certificate and identity before the
Disclosure Log transmission can proceed. If the verification
fails, the Propaq M displays a status message indicating whether the failure was a result of
certificate or identity validation. Enabling this option improves the security of the connection
by confirming that the unit is communicating with the actual RescueNet server.
