Description Of Parts

Measuring cup: Is for measuring 

liquids only;

     

                          filled to brim it measure over 

                          1 1/3 cups.

Accessories

 

                             

Lid:

 To open, push up gently on front 

                                     with your thumbs. Lid should be 

                                     closed during operation except when 

                                     extra ingredients are being added. 

                                     Lid detaches for cleaning.

                    

Window:

 Allows you to check machine 

                                     operation at all times.

Storage compartment: 

Is located on top left of machine, 

                                         behind the lid. Measuring cup, 

                                     spoon, kneading blade and kneading 

                                     rod are stored here.

               

Front panel: 

Computerized panel allows fingertip  

                                     programming.

   

Power supply cord: 

Is located at bottom right of the         

                                     machine.

                        

Handle:

 Use to insert and remove the 

                                       baking pan from machine.                    

            Rotating shaft:

 Turns kneading blade when bread 

                                       pan is inserted in to Home Bakery 

                                       and cycle is started.

         

Kneading blade:  

Insert with narrow side up over 

                                       rotating shaft in center; attach to 

                                       rotating shaft. Lift up to detach for 

                                       cleaning. 

             

Kneading rod: 

Insert through hole in side of 

                                       baking pan; push tightly to lock 

                                       fins in place. Remove rod by 

                                       pulling it toward you before you 

                                       attempt to remove bread from 

                                       baking pan.

Measuring spoon: May be used to measure yeast, sugar, 

                              salt, dry milk and spices. The large 

                              side measure 1 tablespoon; the small 

                              side measures 1 teaspoon. The 

                              halfway mark on each measures 

                              one-half tablespoon and one-half 

                              teaspoon, respectively.

SMALL: The small spoon

equals about 1 teaspoon.

LARGE: The large spoon

equals about 1 tablespoon.
