a. Install metal stabilizers over the coping as shown in Fig. 16. Gently tap each stabilizer into place with a rubber mallet or
a block of wood. Install the 40” long stabilizers around the curved ends of the pool. Overlap each stabilizer as shown in
Fig. 16; See chart below for approximate stabilizer overlap. For oval pools, install one stabilizer between each upright on the
straight side. For a 15’ x 24’ pool, use two and overlap.
b. Start adding water; immediately begin smoothing out wrinkles as the weight of the water pushes the liner into place.
c. When water reaches about 16” in depth carefully measure the distance between the water level and the top ledge of the
pool wall at several points. These measurements should not vary more than 1”. If they vary more than 1” you must drain
your pool and properly level it using the instructions in your pool owner’s manual.
NOTE: If your pool is out of level, your
warranty will be void and the manufacturer will not assume responsibility for any personal injury or property
damage.
d. Continue to fill with water as you assemble the remaining parts of your pool. If you have purchased a thru-the-wall
skimmer, stop filling pool when the water level is 20” - 22” from the top of the wall. Refer to instructions packed with the
skimmer for assembly of skimmer.
