Pelletherm V.4 LT
36
It is not recommended to operate the appliance for longer period of time in heating
output lower than its minimum output, as presented in Table 4.1, because such
operation modes are ineffective and are not economical;
In case continues operation of the system is required and especially of the hot water
pellet boiler from series “Pelletherm V.4 LT”, in heating output lower than its nominal
output, the manufacture company recommends installation of a heat accumulator
tank (buffer), in order to ensure effective, economic and reliable operation of the
heating system (see Figure 5.12);
During the first start of the hot water pellet boiler from series “Pelletherm V.4 LT”
condensation of water vapors over the boiler’s heat exchanging surfaces might occur.
This single process does not trouble the appliance operation.
6.3.
ADJUSTING THE SYSTEM’S HEATING OUTPUT.
The adjustment of the system’s heating output (of the boiler) is performed by adjusting the
pellet burner’s, from series “GP xx sc”, heating output level. For detailed information see the
burner’s manual book.
If the used fuel type has been changed (for example if the pellets category
has been changed) the burner’s heating output level might requires a change
also.
6.3.1. DECREASING THE HEATING OUTPUT.
It can be performed by decreasing the burner’s heating output level. For detailed information
see the burner’s manual book.
Do not decrease the burner’s heating output below the system’s minimum
output, because in such modes its efficiency and reliability are decreased.
6.3.2. INCREASING THE HEATING OUTPUT.
It can be performed by increasing the burner’s heating output level. For detailed information
see the burner’s manual book.
Do not increase the burner’s heating output above the system’s nominal
output, because in such operation modes its efficiency and reliability are
decreased, and there is possibility to exceed the heating load limits of some
modules and components, as it might lead to emergency situations and
thermal deformations.
6.4.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE BURNING PROCESS.
The pellet burner from series “GP xx sc” is preliminary adjusted to achieve optimal operation
parameters and generally it is not necessary to adjust it any more. The burning process
adjustment is a task that must be performed by an authorized and trained servicing
technician. The burning process adjustment, realized by the automated pellet burner, must
provide flue gas parameters and system’s operation data that comply with the acting
regulations and with standard EN 303– 5:2012.
6.5.
STOPPING THE SYSTEM’S OPERATION.
By stopping the pellet burner’s operation the entire system will stop as well. Detailed
information about this is presented in the manual book of a pellet burner from series “GP xx
sc”.
