1.1.11 FLIGHT SAFETY ISSUES REPORTING INSTRUCTIONS
Zlin Aviation has put in place an online reporting system for any Safety of Flight or Service
Difficulty issue that the owner or operator might encounter.
You can easily report by entering our website in

, > Owner Area, and then by
filling the second form, the one called “Service Reports”. The correspondent Company Department
will receive the communication and act consequently.
