8. Final users do not need t o send us t he device accessories, especially if t hey are not
t he original ones, since we will not be held responsible for t hem .
CASES:
1. I f t he product is out our guarant ee, t he AI D t echnical depart m ent will facilit at e a
budget for t he repair by fax or e- m ail. Said budget will need t o be aut horized in writ ing,
sealed and signed, and t he user will have t o sat isfy t he repair fee as well as t he freight .
2. I f t he budget is not accept ed a diagnosis fee will be charged. ( 6€)
3. Repairs have a 90 days guarant ee, provided t hat t he breakdown is under t he sam e
concept and in t he case of budget ed breakdowns alone.

All t he freight cost s for t he product will be covered by AI D using only t he
t ransport at ion com pany designed by AI D following t he aut horizat ion procedure.
The expenses derived from incorrect or unj ust ified ret urns on t he part of t he client will
be covered by t he client alone.

I n com pliance wit h Art icle 366 from t he Code of Com m erce, AI D will not consider
com plaint s about breakages, shocks or absence of boxes or pieces 24 hours aft er t he delivery
of t he m erchandise.
I n t he case of shipm ent s originat ed in Canarias, Ceut a and Melilla, AI D will not pay t he
cust om s t ax nor any kind of reim bursable expenses.
