t o Spain and Port ugal cust om ers for all our brands

AC- RAYAN, TNB, BARKAN, BRASFORMA, THE COMPLEMENTS, and GO BY ZI PY, under t he
following condit ions:

Our product s have a t wo year warrant y. During t he first year original defect s t hat
m ay be det ect ed are repaired. I n t hose cases st ipulat ed by law, t he buyer will be ent it led t o
t he replacem ent of t he device by a new one, provided t hat t he defect s are not due t o t he
negligence or exclusive fault of t he buyer in handling t he device. During t he second year t he
buyer will need t o prove t hat t he m alfunct ioning of t he device is due t o a m anufact uring
defect . I n bot h cases t he warrant y will apply provided t hat :
1. The product has been used for it s dest ined purpose alone.
2. I t was not opened, m anipulat ed or alt ered in any way by som eone ot her t han t he
Official Technical Service.
3. I t has not undergone shock, flood, overheat ing, elect ric overcharge or any ot her
ext ernal circum st ance t hat m ay const it ut e a possible reason of I NVALI DATI NG t he warrant y.
4. The product will be ret urned t o AI D in proper packaging t oget her wit h t he receipt
where t he brand and t ype of product , t he dat e of t he purchase, t he nam e and address of t he
shop t hat sold it and t he reason for t he m alfunct ioning should be clearly st at ed.
Any of t he following circum st ances invalidat es t he present warrant y:
1. Breaking t he port s, t he scr een or t he glass.
2. Loss of liquid from t he screen.
3. Wearing out , obvious m arks of incorrect m anipulat ion, unappropiat e use,
ill- t reat m ent , shock, falls, dirt , and so on.
4. The dat a cont ained in t he product s are under no circum st ances covered by any
warrant y what soever, nor are t hey t o be considered during t he physical repairing process of
t he product s. AI D guarant ees absolut e confident ialit y of t he dat a.
5. AI D does not cover t he incorrect configurat ion or inst alat ion of t he soft ware /
hardware on t he part of t he client , neit her as a com ponent nor as a peripheric, included prives
/ cont rollers included.
6. The legislat ion on guarant ees set s cert ain lim it s.
