6. Maintenance
1.) Cooker body
Use detergent to clean dirty
areas. Dry the cooker.
Don’t touch the cooker body directly with the metal
tool. Don’t let the cooker touch the iron-related metal.
2.) Gasket
Use detergent to clean impurities on the lid. Dry up the gasket totally.
Install the gasket in the proper position.
Use detergent or water to wash the gasket after used. After drying up the gasket, put it in the
proper position in the lid and keep it flat. Replace the original gasket after long time used.
3.) Regulator, vent-pipe, safety valve
If the regulator, vent-pipe and safety valve jammed residual foods and other things, use
small stick to clean and make sure the water pass fluently. Please make sure the clamp nut
flexible or not, if flexible, reassemble again.
After using every time clean the regulator. Unscrew the nut to make sure the vent-pipe decline, so
the regulator can be taken out. Stop opening valve also need clean on time. It is easy to unscrew
from the lid to clean, after finished cleaning, screw the valve in original way. Not only clean but
also need check whether the valve stick can drop freely or not.(see picture 14)
