Attention
The cook is over time, under this condition, if you want to open the lid you must cool down
the cooker instantly. Put the cooker on the flat surface cool with mild flowing water for a
minute. Never let the flowing water in the cooker from the open closed valve.
2) The condition of normal cooling down
After cooking let the cooker cool down natural till the safety valve drops down then you can
open the lid.
Open the pressure cooker
With hands hold handle, push the button with thumb to make part of the upper handle and
lower handle (the arrow on the lid is in a line with the dot in the handle.) it’s easy to open the
lid.( picture 13)

Please operate carefully and wearing glove will be preferable in case of burning.
2)
Shake the cooker lightly to balance the difference of inside .Especially when you cook
porridge or any other sticky foods.
3)
Do not open the lid with excessive force.

Make sure to wash the safety valve as per the instruction manual.
