10.2 Corn auger

Flat corn auger assembly
By using the lateral augers, the corn harvest is eas-
ier. The hydraulic power transmission of these au-
gers is equipped with a safety valve calibrated by the
manufacturer at 80 bar. It is NOT recommended to
vary this calibration, which allows the immediate stop
in case of significant load on the auger and in case
of accidental touch with a hand.
The augers are equipped with rear and front protec-
tion.

The device marked with the letter C is used to stop
the rotation of the augers by the return flow. Turn the
conical tap as follows:

Loosen the lock nut with a wrench. Unscrew
the handwheel A two or three turns and re-
fit the lock nut; In this way, the augers no
longer turn.

The speed of the screw revolutions cannot
be adjusted in any way.
➢
The return oil filter cartridge is placed under
the block. See illustration.
➢
Regularly check the condition of the car-
tridge, we recommend replacing it every
150/200 hours.
