Turn the main switch (

) to ON: the machine
will run a preliminary 5-second vacuum check (visible
on the display ( 1 )) to see if the filter on the support is
clogged. If the check is positive the display ( 1 ) shows
the last mixing programme used; if, instead, during
the check the machine produces a “vacuum”
even without the cup, then the filter might be
clogged and it must be cleaned and/or replaced.
6.6 PROGRAMMING

If the pre-set language that appears when the machine
is switched on is not your own press the multi-function
dial (

) for about 3 seconds and 2 menus will appear,
one for choice of language and another to modify the
vacuum threshold you wish to use during spatula-
mixing; to modify the pre-set parameters rotate the
dial, choose the desired language and then confirm
your choice by pressing the dial.

SELECTING THE LANGUAGE AND PRESSURE THRESHOLD
Apply the same procedure to change the vacuum threshold.
Press the FUNCTION ( 3 ) key to return to the main menu.
Time for MAX vacuum*
(with pressure threshold value 15= 600 mmHg):
- 200 cc cup: 6”- 8”
- 500 cc cup: 10”- 12”
- 1000 cc cup: 14”- 16”
*With cup empty.

It is recommended that you set the maximum pressure threshold (15) so as to
create an optimal vacuum whatever the available cup type (200 cc, 500 cc or
1000 cc).
The diagram below highlights the most suitable pressure threshold values for
optimal use of the elite mix, the corresponding values in mmHg and the
approximate times needed to reach such values.
So as not to compromise the depressurisation stage and, consequently, the
quality of the work, it is advisable not to set a value above 60-70.
